The rooms at this place are well-kept and spacious, the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, including the host.

We had the single room which was big size and cheap with clean attached bathroom. It met standards. Location: the hotel was adjacent to all the major sights in town, main square and big supermarket and Bibikhanum mosque.

it had marvellous and brilliant location, near to the center of all interesting places to see. plus it was 15 mins drive from ancient water reservoir.

I stayed there for 3 nights and really enjoyed it, with its fantastic central location and delicious food in the courtyard.

The breakfast was enjoyable with delicious home made jam, delicious fresh fruits and had something for everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the bazaar and Registan. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a big and affordable guest room with a clean attached bathroom as an upgrade - a nice gesture. the location is great, close to the monuments and meets all requirements.

We also enjoyed the convenience of nearby restaurants and a supermarket. The internet worked well, allowing us to stay connected. a fantastic experience and definitely a place I would highly recommend when visiting this city.

We had a wonderful stay at the B&B. the private single room we booked exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and cleanliness. the room was spacious and had plenty of surface area to place our belongings. the private bathroom was spotless and came with all the necessary amenities. the family running the B&B were amazing and always made us feel welcome, offering us tea at the end of each day. the breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a taste of the local cuisine. the location of the B&B was unbeatable, just a short walk away from the famous Registan. the security was excellent, and we felt safe throughout our stay. we loved our experience at the B&B and would definitely stay here again. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all. 👍.
